Shipping policy

Product shipping times will be in the description of the item, as the times vary.

Item will state "Pre-Made" in the description meaning shipping times can be between 1-7 days. (Any error due to inconveniences and other unfortunate circumstances will be made known to the customer.)

Items lacking that statement will be "Pre-Order" meaning all orders are taken first, and the product is taken down, once those conditions happen, all orders will start production. This process can take anywhere from 1 week to 5 weeks. Once production is finished we receive the products and send them out to customers.

If you happen to order any "Pre-Made" item(s) along with "Pre-Order" item(s), the "Pre-Made" item(s) will be fulfilled and shipped as normal. The "Pre-Order" item(s) will be shipped separately after the item(s) has been made.

After the parcel has been shipped, it is the carrier's responsibility, and from there on Stuck In Reverie has no impact on delivery.
